That seems to be the same recipe, although mine comes from a US edition of her cookbook and so it has US measurements.
I love polenta myself so I was glad to have found a new recipe using it. As for ground almonds, after posting I found that one local store carries them for $4.99 a pound, which is reasonable. Cash is very tight at the moment though and I'll still have to wait a bit.
