Yeah, he assumed that the OTW Board works like other non-profit boards when, in fact, it doesn't, as we know. I had people in fandom tell me that wasn't a big thing to get wrong, but I feel like if you have put any work into your research about the OTW at all, it actually is! And still other people told me it was a tiny part of the book and they liked it overall. But I've DNF'd books for getting minor factual details wrong before and I just know it would bother me too much. It already bothers me just knowing about it, as you can tell by the length of this reply!
