Doctor Who 10x09, "The Empress of Mars"
I haven't seen any other reaction posts to this yet, strangely. I guess nobody got very excited about it one way or the other. It was a filler episode, I admit, but I thought it was a lot of fun and gloriously old-school. And despite being strongly anti-colonial, it managed--unlike a lot of new Who--to get that point across without being sanctimonious. Thankfully we were spared any speeches about how human beings are The Best Ever or about how love is all you need.

The weapons turning the redcoats into bundles of clothing was strange though. I'd have liked an explanation.
