I like it! It's bittersweet.

Thank you! When I started writing I really intended for it to be on the sweet/fun end of things, but the dread eternal note of sadness crept in anyway. What with the canonical murder and betrayal and all.

What I've found with OFMD is that if I start thinking seriously about the emotional impact of events, instead of letting them mostly take place in Cartoon World where the plot allows most things to be shrugged off in five seconds, the story gets a LOT darker.
