The text I want is "Kiss me, you fool" (capitalization and punctuation optional). What I'd like, if possible, is for the text to go in a sort of frame along the top and bottom (not overlaying the image). Currently the icon measures 98 x 87 pixels.
I'd like to keep the B&W, so white text on black or vice versa would be good.
I'll gladly write you a drabble in exchange!
