You know what's incredibly delicious?

Vanilla ice cream, mango chunks, and a dollop of Jamaican Country Style Crushed Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce. I first tasted this sauce in a local restaurant, was blown away by its gorgeous fruity-tangy flavor, and searched high and low until I found some. It's also good on pan-fried ripe plantains.

The sauce isn't as hot as you might fear considering it's made from notoriously hot scotch bonnets, but it does nevertheless have some punch. Caution is appropriate. (I put about half a teaspoon on my ice cream, then . . . went back and added some more. But I eat chiles regularly.)

ETA: If this tempts you, don't confuse JCS's Scotch Bonnet Sauce with their Hell Hot Sauce, which is a different product I haven't tried.
