I have a question
Jul. 8th, 2013 07:46 pmI've now watched the first two episodes of series 1 of Dad's Army, a show that has been recommended to me by a bunch of people.
And my question is: does it get, er, funnier?
I don't hate it or anything, but so far I haven't found it more than mildly amusing. Is it just one of those shows that starts out slowly?
Other comedies I enjoy, in case this might influence your advice, include: Blackadder, Black Books, Cabin Pressure, Monty Python, Red Dwarf, Round the Horne, and Spaced. I also confess to having liked the first several series of 'Allo 'Allo.
