It annoys me that LJ's status page keeps saying everything's fine, because if they can't be arsed to acknowledge the problem, they're not going to fix it anytime soon.

This would happen right after I post a story, naturally. And even more so, right after I discover a stupid typo in said story that I am itching to fix. I've been trying intermittently since last night to edit my posts and I still can't.

*grumble grumble*

When I look, the status page says they're still working on the issue. And LJ's been working for me for half the day, just slow.

I can see LJ OK but can't edit or delete my post either. Damn.

Is it another denial of attack, does anyone know?

LJ hasn't said what the cause of the problem is, which is frustrating.

I've pretty much been able to see LJ throughout this mess, but at the moment I can't seem to comment. I did manage to finally edit my posts yesterday.

I see on their status page that they've finally admitted it's yet another denial of service attack. I doubt in that case my August art month comm will be running unless they do it here, but they probably can't contact the comm members to move across.

I still haven't managed to edit or delete my post (which I copied from DW so the cuts don't work). Sigh.
