narrative (and other) kinks

Inspired by this post from damned_colonial, I've drawn up a list of my story kinks. This includes narrative kinks, character kinks, relationship kinks, and plain old kink kinks. I've tried to be fairly strict in terms of limiting it to definite kinks and not just "stuff I like."

The list isn't exhaustive, and I may add to it as I think of more things.
