Back as soon as I can. Meanwhile, I've got to finish up a few things, and also fume because the local electrical company tells me it can't open up an account for me until I fax them a copy of my drivers' license and social security number. WTF is this? (Since the early 2000s I've lived in places where the utilities were either included in the rent or were in someone else's name. So this is new and I'm trying to wrap my head around the concept that I have to prove my damn legal identity FOR ELECTRICITY.)
