From the BSHCI, Will continues his campaign to reveal the truth about Hannibal. He enlists Dr. Chilton's help and encourages Beverly to investigate Hannibal, with disastrous results. Bella Crawford attempts suicide but Hannibal, against her will, saves her. Meanwhile, an acupuncturist is lobotomizing her patients and turning their heads into beehives.
