Have now listened through 117, "Testament."
Oh, god. Just. All of them. *hearts*
But especially Martin.
And also especially Jon, who is trying to trust people, and who finally burned Gerard Keay's page even though it scared him and hurt him to do it. I wondered, during "Family Business," if he'd really destroy it. I'm so glad he did. And sad that Gerard couldn't have lived to meet him, because Jon could use more friends.
Don't worry, Melanie: whatever is coming, I think it's going to hurt Jon plenty.

And I love this bit so much on so many levels:
Oh, oh, Christ, I hope Jon doesn’t actually listen to these. “Good lord, is Martin becoming some sort of spider person?” No, Jon, it’s an expression, chill out! Besides, spiders are fine. I mean, yes, people are scared of them, obviously, but actual spiders, they just want to help you out with flies.
It's so extremely Martin. Not least in his knowledge of how Jon tends to think, and ability to give him shit even in the midst of his yearning.
Also I'm very fond of Jon's severe fluster over the "office gossip".
