I know that a lot of DS9 fic exists, but I'm not sure where to find it. A lot of what I've heard about came out on mailing lists, years ago. One of my friends was an ardent Kira/Odo shipper, and she gave me the impression that all the online activity centered on mailing lists. Some fic ended up in paper zines, too.
I can ask my friend if she has fic recs if you'd like. I don't know what she'd have to offer, though. It might all be shippy.
