Because on the internet you can find out such vital information as whether dandelions grow in Australia (yes) and whether theater dressing rooms have showers (generally yes).

I frequently wonder how anyone wrote fiction in the days before so many trivial-yet-crucial details were so easily available.

I used a Trucker's Atlas and a Frommer's guide for our X-Men RPG. And the Frommer's was from 1970. *sighs*

I've never heard of such a thing as a Trucker's Atlas. It sounds wonderfully odd.
