Jun. 18th, 2023 05:56 pmI've just become an OTW member for the first time . . . ever? I was a volunteer for a while years back, and I can't recall if that conferred membership or not.
I want to vote in the upcoming OTW elections. I support OTW/AO3; I think they do hugely important work. I also think they need to deal with their ongoing mismanagement, abusive treatment of volunteers, and failure to take steps against the racist harassment of BIPOC fans.
